We know that it’s not always possible to attend our CPD events so, where possible, we’ll transfer you to the next available date that works for you and, if that’s not possible for you, we’ll offer you a refund. However, because we work with external trainers, hotels and venues who have cancellation policies of their own, any refunds are subject to the following terms:
- Providing you give us more than twenty eight (28) days (includes weekends and bank holidays) notice you will receive a full refund as a Credit Note, less a Cancellation Fee of £10. Credit Notes are valid for 12 months and only redeemable against the same named CPD event that you originally booked on.
- Where you give us between twenty eight (28) and fifteen (15) days’ notice you will receive a refund of 60% as a Credit Note, less a Cancellation Fee of £10. Credit Notes are valid for 12 months and only redeemable against the same named CPD event that you originally booked on.
- Where you give us less than fifteen (15) days’ notice, no refund will be given.
- Where you have booked accommodation through us, any refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel. In the event that a refund is available, a Cancellation Fee of £10 will apply.
We must receive the cancellation in writing (email is fine – please send it to email@example.com) followed by a telephone call to ensure the cancellation notice has been received. If you meet these requirements you will receive a refund as set out above.
We reserve the right to change the course speaker, course content specifics, date and venue of the courses.
Should we cancel any event, a place will be booked on the next available course at no further cost to you. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by you including travel and accommodation expenses.
